THIS COSTUME IS NOT YET FINISHED

This is another cosplay I very much want to do, but I need to finish a couple others first. I want to do a more "realistic" version of Ice King and not so much a cartoony one. I want to be able to express not how crazy he is but rather his sadness and pain. I think that he's a very deep character and I want to do him justice!
