This was my first time sewing ruffles. I used a pattern that I altered for it. I chose a satin fabric for the shirt instead of a matte material because the character has an obsession with shiny things. This fitS the character better to me. I had the jeans and found the shoes at goodwill. Yay to thrift stores!!
