Raito has clothes that live in my closet :D I wanted something slightly different, as he's out of his standard 'schoolboy' outfit by the time he meets L. And since I was able to borrow a pair of handcuffs from my friend Daniel, this I think is one of the few color outfits where he & L are chained. Tada. New Raito. Much thanks to my sexy L Tasu :D
