a (girl) COSPLAY! *GASPU*
i think this took the longest time out of all my cosplays because of the tiny details....I dunno if anyone notices it tho ><
the boots, which are awesome, were bought in Hong Kong for only $12!! but i had to paint over everything (except the laces)...and i would spend a long time lacing them up...even trying to get the laces in teh right way, i'm really odd >>;; the socks, i just put on 2 lines...but that took an INCREDIBLE AMOUNT OF STINKING TIME. having to pin and stretch and hand sew...gah. so tedious and painful ><
Just saying, the pants and jacket are completely made, only based on patterns. XD i almost ran out of zipper there....i like the zippers on my jacket pockets! zip goes up, zip goes down. zip goes up, zip goes down. stupid 36" zipper costs $6 from offline ><
belt's kinda odd...the belt/skirt thing. i don't think ANYONE has a picture of my right side tho o_O so...no one can see it....-_- after all that trouble working w/ pleather.
shirt is painted...those fools working for FFVII are so devious...there IS an actual pattern to the madness of her shirt. the back's even painted XD i was about to embrioder it, but i was...doing badly...and very slow. so i ripped those out and painted. so it's a bit bumpy where there's some holes in my shirt where i ripped some threads on accident...
i like my armwarmer a lot XD and shuriken by my awesome propmaster Daniel. He's going to anime central! look for him!
headband is annoying cuz i just wanted to redo it, and last minute...and i run out of thin bias tape, and so i make my own...whoopes. XD
this cosplay's really detailed, but it's almost like street clothes...nothing stands out! ;_; also, just about any jacket, or shorts, or shirt looks like yuffie...but i still like it...yuffie's teh awesome, i'm exactly like her sometimes...obnoxious, bratty, and annoying. yup X3
