Description
Well... since I join to this cosplay world, always I want to make Billy, and a few time ago I found a good cane... so, "I can make him now!!" I said...
And I made it!! What a cool experience being Billy for a day, I hope recicle him soon or make his another variants (like FF1/KOF95 outfit)
