Dug was my first plush costume. I initially used coat hanger wire, but bought some 14 guage stuff to finish out the frame of the head. The rest is one big cloth tube. I have gone back and tweeked the costume a few years ago, to widen the body and make repairs. I'm just waiting for a good reason to dig him out again for a con.
