It was actually a friend of mine who did the dress for me, though I paid for all expenses. When I first used the suit, it was incomplete and clumsily made since it had been started on such a close notice. I was able to have it completed (with some major help) to wear it again in Awa (Anime Weekend Aveiro) during February. :)
