This is a store-bought outfit from DEB. I saw the white skirt-suit on the clearance rack and thought it would be hilarious to surprise Rob since I knew he had a Hiro-kun costume. Luckily, DEB also had some wide collar pink shirts and I just had to hunt around for white pumps and paint some pink striping. The only change I made to the shirt was add some fishtail darting in the back to fit it tighter at my waist, and then shorten the sleeves.
