My first anime cosplay AND my first crossplay! I really liked Al in the movie so I decided to cosplay him. The costume wasn't super hard to make. I made both shirts and modified the pants. Sewing the bias tape to the black shirt took 2 hours alone. I hand-drew the symbol to the back of the red coat and it turned out really nice. I got mistaken for Ed a lot, and I was also told I was the best Ed at the con, even though I was Al :)
