I made the whole thing in about an hour before I went to the convention just because it seemed like a ridiculous thing to do. So it's not 100% accurate or detailed. Parts of it are held together with safety pins and hot glue.

However I did make people laugh, so I won. Yea it's a male hunter costume and I'm not male nor am I trying to be. I think that actually makes it funnier. It's perhaps the ugliest design ever, with the butt-framing chaps.
