I made this dress because I needed a 17th century-like costume for fencing demonstrations. The dress isn't actually purely historical (the fabric, the shape,...), but it still looks good for this kind of demonstrations. ^^ I used a wedding dress pattern in order to make it. I like this dress very much because the fabric is beautiful! ^^ I used it many many times and it still looks like it's new ^o^
