Yes, The One, The Only, KING OF ALL COSMOS! The head is costructed of dowels, wire rings, posterboard, construction paper, Foamies, hot glue, fabric, and some pillowcases. And rubberbands. There is a muscle suit under the shirt since the King is Manly and Buff. That suit is the source of many lolz. Chief-Chan was my Queen! :heart:

Honorable Mention by a roving Hall Cosplay Judge within five minutes of walking into the con center with The Queen (Chief-Chan) Metro 2007. Also a Fan Choice award at Metro 2008.
