I made this costume because of the cleavage factor. My weight wasn't ideal (at least I wasn't happy) but I still felt comfortable in a tight suit and displaying boobs has never fazed me.
The suit is from a modified pattern and I used stretch velvet (my favorite of all stretch materials!). I went with velvet mostly due to the richness in color, and well, I just love touching the stuff. The blue section is doubled, for better support on top and avoid top-stitched hemming along the sleeves. My breasts are kept in control by two thin fishing line wire at two points and a good amount of double-sided tape. I wasn't able to find the right color gloves that were big and stiff, so I just painted a pair of white gloves to match the boot covers that are permanently glued to a cheap pair of Walmart 2" heeled shoes.
The wig's from Ebay and vaguely styled. I'm not a wig person, so I found something as close as possible and just tamed down the back with hair glue.
Overall, I really love this costume! I've had lots of fun every time I wear it.
This past Otakon was the first time I got to wear it without needing my waist cincher, so I'm feeling really good about it! Although that also means my boobs are also a bit smaller... oh well!
