For being my con driver and cosplay buddy so many times, I figured it was about time to repay Ashiri-chan by participating in a partnership that was HER idea. She introduced me to Noir and its two ass-kicking femmes, and I put together this outfit. It's mostly store-bought, but I tried to make it as accurate as possible, anyway, adding blue bias tape to the tank top, pullstrings to the hoodie, etc. It was a good time.
