I wanted something for that black wig. Rei's never really been a character I thought of doing but how can one not think the TA Girls' School uniform isn't just insanely adorable?? This is based off of the sketches in the Material's Collection which are about the only pictures in exsitance where this outfit could possibly pass for black... Every other manga picture its brown, and anime its a dark grey. Same goes for the location of the stripes on the collar. Of course I didn't realize this until after it was finished, but, meh. It's still cute and recongnizable. And it was made on a HEAVY budget, so it's awesome for being a total of $12. YAY! For Good Will and a giant fabric bin at home! It only took me about 3 hours.

I will have the proper knee length socks at Otakon, and I'm even going to add the black stripes and maybe the "TA" logo onto them like you see in the same Materials Collection sketch, but right now, I can't find my knee socks. And I looked a lot.

The vest was actually a long sleeved, button down jacket that went to my mid thigh and up to my neck. I sorta wish I had taken a picture before altering it, because it just looks about a million times different! Those are new buttons on it too. And the little mini pocket-like things are the old sleeves' cuffs.
