What can I say? Gaara is my favorite character from Naruto, and when I saw his costume for time Jump, I was like, " Damn that's hawt!! <3 I should make that costume!!" But when I saw his real color scheme (that maroon, lavender thing going on), I was incredibly disappointed. But I decided to portray him in black (like everyone else), which gives Gaara back his badass image! This is the first costume I worked on this year, LOL. I really like how the jacket came out, and the gourd is ... passable ...? Yyyeah. LOL. Oh geez ... my wig isn't the best in the world, but I managed to get the much needed spikes on it =] haha. Next time I'll figure out how to hide my hair a little better haha.
