I had made a rather ghetto Kira costume out of my old Soujirou costume, turning it into the Shinigami Academy robes, at Shiokazecon '06. I realized it was a lot of fun to cosplay this character, and I wanted to actually make his normal clothes. That and having Shinigami robes is good because with a wig swap I can be almost any of them!

I first wore this when it was done, though at the time I threw on a black wig and ran around as Rukia to go pick up dinner. XD The first time I actually wore it as Kira was when we went to the park with Togabitoion, SkyPirate and some friends for a photoshoot. Lotsa fun. :D

I still need to get my own wig. The wig is Togabitoion's Shin wig, and I keep stealing it for my cosplays. c_c;
