My mom's seamstress (mom's in theatre) made this dress for me based on a picture of the the top up and then the bottom part based on my description. I'm pretty bad with words and I tried my best to describe it... X_X;; but the dress is too long in the front which is easily fixed. Then I'll add on to the back. I made the wings myself, based off a manga image. This is actually the manga version of the costume (notice how the slippers are light pink instead of dark?) My mom made the garter which is not showing, I made the choker and slippers.
