I really wanted to do a rather unloved, unoticed character from Tezuka's early works and shed light on the ORIGINAL 'simba.' He was my mom's favorite character growing up, and I really loved his design, so to represent the classics, I did Kimba The White Lion.

The head is carved upholstrery foam covered in panty hose because the white fabric was too see-through and the green foam showed through >.< Plus, it was still kinda bumpy because I carved it with a knife and scissors... This was before I discovered the glory of the electic carving knife. Anyway, the legs are layers of foam sheets glued to tight excersize pants with adhesive spray. (adhesive spray is my best friend >w<) A layer of broadcloth lining covered the shape well. The feet are fur-covered children's shoes... The Incredibles stuffed bedtime slippers to be exact lol! XD They're actually size 5... I wear size 9. ... ... ... just to give you an idea of the flexability of my feet I suppose. XD Anyway, it was the only pair they had at WalMart and I really wanted to use them because I was pressed for time. I finished this sucker in the hotel on the night of the convention. XD

The eyes are made out of craft foam and the pupils are black tool.

I later added a mini CPU fan into the mouth to get a better source of oxygen. It was too unbearable before that. I could only stand about 2 minutes tops with the head on.
