Holy crap I love Motoko Kusanagi! I wanted to cosplay her so badly, but I quickly learned her main outfit was a lot more difficult than I anticipated. After much frustration, I saw the trailer for 2nd Gig and my jaw hit the floor. As a Matrix fan, anything with black coats makes me swoon, so after that and a chance encounter with a black cut-off turtleneck it was on.

The pants, tops, and gloves were all purchased items. The coat is my baby that I made with guidance and assitance from my sensei Miya~Kome (again, she did the main zipper). Besides the zipper, everything was done by my hands, including the two functioning pockets. The Leg-Guards and that she may or may not have (Lol bad references) were a pair of NHL practice Gear that I seam ripped, sanded, spray painted, and sculpied to my content. The wig was also purchased from Cosworx, but I completely dyed it with dye from Katie Bair and cut/styled it myself.

And yes, I did fold the paper crane myself XD
