I LOVE this outfit and even I'm not fully statisfied with my costume I like it ^^

I've used white knit jersey which I've died light blue and then sewed it. The top is pretty... short XD And I had to cheat a bit with my bust size XP
But I like it and I really love the wings. The wristband was pretty easy and the sideskirts as well. I had to use a black hotpant I already had since both pants I've tried to sew were crap -_-
Same with the boots - I wanted to make real boots out of pleather but my sewing machine didn't want the way I wanted. Belt is out of suede again. I've used the wig I already had for my Yuffie costume.
