This was part of a huge group TwiliteSea had organized for Otakon, and while some were able to make their costumes, quite a few members of the group were not completely finished. The full group will hopefully be together for Katsucon.
Other than that, I wasn't originally going to do this outfit, but I'm SO glad that I did. I had a great time making and wearing it.
