Sorry, had to get that out of my system. XD Anyway, Excel is one of those costumes that I decided to do just because I had a wig that would be suitable for her. I adore reusing wigs for costumes, ESPECIALLY when it involves no sacrifice to accuracy whatsoever. I was originally planning to make her in the distant future, until Diana informed me that she was going to cosplay Hyatt. Then I was on it like a fat kid on cake!! ...A really offensive, saying, I know, as when it comes to the mad rush for cake, I ALWAYS beat out the fat kids. So, I was on it like Katie on cake!
