This is my first Sailor Moon costume. The collar and skirt are Ice Lycra, which was left over from a dance costume. The white bodysuit was matte lycra liner because there was nothing else. The bows, gauntlets, and bootcovers are magenta satin. THe wig was substandard and I plan to re-do it. I plan to re-do the entire costume in time. :)
