I actually just threw it all together in 30 minutes, using a wig I already had, and a white suit I just got because I actually only wanted the white pants... However, the suit turned out more than perfectly fine to cosplay with; and my wardrobe consists of white-and-black anyway.. So finding bits and pieces to go together was easy.
