I basically sewed up the green dress from scratch using a chinese dress pattern so I could include the collar. Then I cut up a leather belt and made the gold buckle from sculpy. The boots are made from a loose suede held together with leather cords. The final touch was caaaarefully using raised craft paint for the gold filigree.
