I found a really neat stretchy fabric coated in yellow vinyl on ebay and bought up as much as I could. Using a pattern I made from an old pair of shorts and a shredded collared shirt I cut the outfit. I ended up sewing everything by hand since I lack an overlock machine to sew stretchy fabrics. For the suspenders I just got the needed length in stretchy straps that they sell at Joann fabrics. They go over the shoulders and cross over the shoulders. For those triangular buttons on the front of Faye's outfit I used sculpy. Using the same yellow stretch material I constructed the headband that slips over a wig I found on eBay. (Yes I rely heavily on eBay) To get the wig just the right color I soaked it overnight in purple fabric dye, which for the most part worked. The boots are just some crazy 80s boots I found at a local thrift store.
