I love Frodo so much! And since he didn't have a relationship with any female hobbits I made up a wife for him because I wanted to cosplay as someone to go with him when Elijah Wood came to the con that year. I was lucky enough to make it for a project in class and then have it for the con. Elijah has blue eyes so I thought I should make it blue to match him. Plus I based it on a circlet I alredy had from a celtic festival and it had blue flowers in it. I basically copied Roseie's wedding dress from Return of the King but made it in colours that match the circlet. Wore it the day before I met Elijah ^-^
