This took me about 3 months to make, from hat to boots. The symbol and nautical stripes on the dress are ironed on applique. The hat is reinforced with buckram and a layer of quilt batting for poofyness. The shoes were made with vinyl and fabric hotglued onto a pair of white canvas sneakers.
