I adore Hiei and absolutely love cosplaying him. I have all three of his known outfits (and I suppose it wouldn't take much but a trip to a thrift shop and a pair of scissors to do the fourth) but this is the first I got good pictures of. The shirt is thrift-shop-and-scissors, but the pants I made completely from scratch, modifying off several different patterns I had. The waistband had to be widened and the legs fit correctly so they would blouse right below the knee. I get the tapered look using leather gaiters fitted to my legs with elastic. I also made the belts from scratch. The arm bandage is just linen leftover from Jedi tunics.

All I lack is the sword! I'll get there eventually.
