I wanted to do a cute cosplay with my sister which played off our being twins, so I convinced her to cosplay Officer Jenny with me. Pokemon was all the rage at the time. I went with the standard Viridian City Officer, and my sister was the Cerulean City Officer.

I absolutely loved the costume, and I wore it to death. I have to say, the baroque satin was a terrible fabric choice. The costumes wrinkled like crazy, and it was hard to get decent flash photos of them because they were so shiny. And then, the fabric started to degrade over time, and change colors. I don't mean the colors faded. I mean, the darker blue parts of the costume turned magenta. The costume is thoroughly dead now. I hate baroque satin. It's positively evil.

The costume was made by myself and my mother.
