Most of this cosplay was purchased, however, I did style the wig, make the jacket's buttons, paint the design on the sleeves of the jacket, and paint the prop gun to match the original manga.

The scar was created by building up rough layers of liquid latex and then coloring it with blush. The stuff was a pain to peel off when done that way, but it gave a good effect.
