This was the first time i got to do a cosplay competition! Was my first masquerade, and i was so incredibliy nervous!!

I ended up hot glueing most of the buttons down the front on because i found that it was actually rather effective (and super fast, i'm impatient!) way to get all of them on there. they didn't fall of either so i guess it was a good idea in the end.

The wig was a Betty Page wig that i styled into an Esther Blanchette wig and i think it came out pretty good considering it was my first time really styling a wig and i did it in the hotel room! actually i did most of the finishing touches in the hotel room, because i was running late for the con O.o

I would not recommend it! the lack of sleep didn't bother me so much as feeling horribly rushed and kinda scared that everyone would hate my costume. would have liked to had more time to double check everything over. Not only that had a horrible time trying to make sure i had enough supplies to get the job done, i was super worried i'd run short of buttons or something and be unable to get more!
