This was a costume I decided to throw together after my semester abroad in Japan. I figured: hey, I got a suitable wig, leftover pleather from the orgy coat (LOTS of it), and black pants I can sew zippers into. Easy, right? NO. Wrong. This costume has the most pieces of any costume I've done to date, so towards the end it got a little tedious. It would have been better if I'd had time to work on it over a span of, oh, say, a couple months as opposed to an equivalent of about...maybe 12 days. Maybe. I was still sewing pieces on while at the con @_@ won't do that again.

I'm pleased with how the jacket came out and how it all came together...but...wearing it just felt awkward. Like the costume wasn't mine. I dunno, kinda hard to explain. Guess I don't have much affinity with Leon. D:
