Nothing was done to the blue shirt and pants I wear with this costume. The armor was made from an old piece of Tae Kwon Do sparring gear. It was disassembled by removing the threads, and then split into two halves - one to become the front and one to become the back. The loose pieces of the two halves were then sewn back together. The outside of each piece was spray painted completely white. Velcro was sewn onto each half so it could be secured in place once over my torso. Pieces of yellow felt were glued onto the armor in the appropriate areas, and then lines were added to that felt with a permanent marker. The boots are not really boots at all - they are a pair of small wading shoes with white socks pulled over them. The yellow tip of the "boots" was made by taking a pair of white socks cut to the proper size, dying them yellow, adding lines with a permanent marker, and then sewing them onto the white socks. A pair of semi-long white gloves is used with this costume. I spray paint my hair white before using it.
