Ever since we first saw Shirosaki in the anime and then his bankai version in the manga, I knew I HAD to do him!

His sword is kickass (though the hilt is probably the part that's the most delicate, what with that design etc) and I liked him from the moment we first met him. He's so evil and maniacal :D I had yet to do any totally unredeemable villains, so Shirosaki's my first!
