Well, this was a bit tricky cause I hand made everything except a like 2 things. First off, I bought some bright orange hunting material that was on sale thank goodness, and I made the top with a velcrow neck piece in the back so it was easy to get on and off. Same with the skirt, except I made the right and left sides "flare" out a bit to accent the Ulala-ness, and I just put elastic through the top band part for easy on and off. Then I made the "boots" with a pair of old platform open toed high heels and I took a staple gun and material and stuck it right onto the bottom rim of the shoes. For the jet pack, I just spray painted two 2 liter bottles and then hot glued elastic around the sides and made it so it could go through the arm holes and attack to my top. I just sewed the arm covers like any other kind of arm sleeve, and I cut holes for the thumbs [always alot easier that way] and then I dyed my hair hot pink with easy to spray on and wash out dye from a can. The head piece/microphone thing was from my old job at Kids Quest [we used microphone headphones to walk the gigantic daycare] and that was the "Old Version" and they were just going to throw them away and I was like "OMGZ I need those!" The little symbol on the front with the Space Channel 5 logo didn't really work out. I experimented with using a tranferable iron on from computer paper and....well...-___- It really turned out like crap. That's okay though! Then my gun was at one time a hair dryer toy at a gas station [was the EXACT color I needed though] and my "leg garder/gun holder" was just an old hair scrunchie that I put around my leg cause I'm lazy.
