This was a easy and really cute cosplay for me to do! I went to our local fabric store and bought some slightly stretchy grey material that was soft and just free handed a simple dress pattern. Then I sewed on extra material for straps. Then I found an old pair of cat ears from halloween and I took the grey material and I folded it over them. Then I took some filler and stuffed some extra scrap material and I made a cute little nubby tail and sewed it onto the dress [it was really cute] Then, I bought the most soft and just....totoro-ish white material for the belly of the dress. Then I sewed on the little "boomerangs" on the tummy. I took some more material and made flared leggings with elastic around the top. Then just made snug arm covers with thumb holes. Like I said, very simplistic, yet adorable!
