This costume required more skill with crafts than it did with sewing, which was a nice change of pace. Because I love a good challenge, I especially enjoyed grappling with all the logistical obstacles, such as how to get the ears to stand out straight and how to make myself twice as fat. Overall, I'm really satisfied with the result.

On the downside, the stuffing acts like insulation and makes the costume really, really hot. The mask also has little room for breathing, so it got quite sweaty and made my glasses fog up. It was also pretty impossible to hear or see anything (or anyone) unless it was RIGHT in front of my face. 人は何かの犠牲なしに何も得ることはできない, right? haha
