Some people I met at AnimeNext a few years back were fans of Sailor Moon, and talked me into watching the live action. I don't think I finished watching it until I moved to Japan in 2005. Anyways while I was in Japan I did a ton of sewing to keep myself busy, my old Sailor Moon group was planning a revival of our first skit this time using live action costumes. I decided that I liked Serenity's dress, so I made it ^^;

Let's see, the bodice is from a dress I found at a three hundred Yen store in kobe then made the over skirts with help from my host mother, and she showed me how to make the flowers from the same material as the top skirt.
