Well, I know this isn't a common costume of her's and I know it's not entirely accurate but I wanted to do it this way anyway. For those who don't know, her hair is normally all light blue and she only wears her hat once in a while because it obstructs the flower growing out of her head, but I didn't have a wig like that or a flower when I decided to debut the costume. I took some artistic liberties, but I still think I look like her and I look good so "Meh :P"
