Rinoa was one of the first characters I ever cosplayed and I simply had to do the ball dress as well, especially when a friend of mine decided to cosplay Cifer.
I'm still in the process of getting another friend to cosplay Squall for me ;)
The dress was sewn by my mom, I couldn't have made it look like this.
