This also doubled as my high school's senior project. A rather difficult, hand-made senior project. Challenging design, especially since I still hardly know what I'm doing when I'm sewing. Design is all hand-painted acrylic (almost took me the whole bottle of paint, oh, and don't wash it), used large eyelets, and I handcrafted the zipper pull (through it became a pin) out of Sculpty, painting it silver. As far as I know the other Sophia costumes do not zip down, but mine does. Why? A heavily altered sweatshirt pattern that zips down slightly in the front. And it looks rather odd when I'm not wearing it because, all my proportions are way off compared to actual Sophia. I did my best, I'm proud of it. Though, I'll never wear it again unless I completely remake it.
