I knew that I would eventually be cosplaying as Asta from the moment she was introduced into the story. Her black outfit was my favorite for awhile, but I decided not to do that one.. The blue one is gorgeous, but way out of my skill level, and the red one is perfect. It was actually the first piece of Trinity Blood artwork I ever saw.. I really wanted to make it as soon as I saw it, but I didn't know anything about the series yet, or who it even was.. so Caterina came first. :)

The corset is beaded with a very pretty vine-like design (with a matching design beaded onto the skirt). I altered a pattern for the skirt, and made all of the ruffles. I wefted in extensions in the wig, made the hairpieces, dyed the front strip, and made all of the jewelry. Seems simple, but I put a ton of work into this one to make it super elegant looking!
