I've wanted to do this costume since I first saw the costume on the 3rd DVD cover. And since then of all the pictures, no one had done this paticular dress. So that was very nice. Making this dress took a LONG TIME! All the ruffles on the dress were done by hand, and learning about using satins for your costumes, be armed with lots of fray stop.

I still think I don't do Chi justice, but I still worked very hard on this costume so I won't complain.
