This is a non-canon costume (meaning it doesn't appear in the movies or Expanded Universe). I wanted something fun and silly to wear to Celebration IV, so I came up with a costume representing one of the behind-the-scenes workers slaving away for the Empire.

The costume is just a red jumpsuit I altered slightly (took off some pockets, sewed other pockets shut, hemmed the leg bottoms) and slapped black letters spelling out "Imperial Coroner" on the back. I made the little circular thingie on the belt buckle (it's called a "greeblie"), and I got the hat at the last minute from a fellow member of the 501st. The black rubber boots, rubber kitchen gloves, and dust mask were all things I had lying around the house. Considering how last-minute and cobbled together this costume was, I'm pretty satisfied with how it turned out. In the future I'm going to sew the letters on the back for added security, and I might try adding movie-accurate pockets to the jumpsuit and altering its collar to make it a little more presentable, but other than that it's done.
