When I went to the HBP release in London, I wanted a relatively low-maintenance costume that worked within the book/movie canon. Since I look like Ginny Weasley (you have no idea how often I get that), well, there you have it. I also wore the costume for the Deathly Hallows release party and Dragoncon 2007.

I found a red hoodie, my mom stitched yellow stripes on the sleeves, we had "Chaser" embroidered on the right side and sewed on a Gryffindor patch. "Weasley" and "13" were added to the back with iron-on letters. For the book release, I wore my "redheads have more fun" tshirt, and for Dragoncon, I wore my Seeker shirt (as Ginny was both Seeker AND Chaser).
