Description
My cosplay group (Brilliant Moon Cosplay) did a waitress group before I joined, and decided to rewear them at AX, so I made a dress and we rainbowed it up at the SM gathering.
The dresses are based on illustrations of the Inner Senshi in one of the Sailor Moon artbooks (the Outers just used their best judgement on colors).
