This costume is based on the Mist shinobi Suigetsu from the recent chapters (348+) of Naruto. I am using a purple stretch fabric for the shirt, polyprelene straps to back the belts and create the sword 'holster', the same purple fabric to cover the belts and create the shoes, and wood to create the sword. Largest expense will most likely be the wig.
