Description

I spent about a year on this costume. The most time-consuming part was the hand-embroidery, which covers the hole dress.
Skirt and blouse are made of crinkled silk shiffon, which I dyed. I chain-stitched the vines and sequins by hand on both skirt and blouse.
The corset is some kind of crinkled polyester fabric. Needed to be dyed. too. Plus, the embroidery as always.
The cape was the most challenging part. I had some organza with the same pattern of roses as Padme had, but in all wrong colours. I used it as my pattern for the netting and embroidered it as well.
Still need to finish some vining on the back of the skirt!
